What to write about
- Corrections. A figure, an offer or a statement that is wrong or out of date. Send the address of the page and what should change.
- Partnerships. Operators and affiliate managers who want to discuss a listing.
- Responsible gambling concerns. Anything on Betbook that you think presents betting irresponsibly.
- Images. Requests to use Betbook’s images. The terms are under images and licensing.
What Betbook cannot help with
Betbook is not a betting site and has no access to betting accounts. For a question about a bet, a deposit, a withdrawal or a bonus, contact the support team of the site where you hold the account.
Keep your details to yourself
Do not send passwords, identity documents or betting account details by email. Betbook never asks for them.
If betting is causing you harm, the responsible gambling page lists the tools that help and where to find support.
